From a lineage of 10 generations of growers (since 1700), she loves to share the secrets of a terroir she cherishes and protects.
Thanks to a hard reduction of treatments, to the stop of weedkillers and to the use of organic practices, she received the certification HVE (High Environmental Value) in 2015 ( read more + ) and Organic Agriculture in 2023.
This certification doesn’t stop her from continuing her research to go even further concerning the ecology without denature the aromatic expression of her terroir.
