Pairing of the month: Sesame-roasted shrimp with exotic coulis

This summer, Christine is more inspired than ever to bring us refreshing food and champagne pairings.

For the second month in a row, she took to the stove and delighted us with her sesame-roasted prawns and their exotic coulis, a veritable explosion of flavours on the palate!

Finding the perfect match was no easy task! We had to taste several of our cuvées before finding the perfect match. After careful tasting and deliberation, Le Petit Eden convinced us!
